Knowledge is An Elixir

Education is not just dissemination of knowledge but it rather involves in making students enable to use it; It consists in overall development of students and in bringing them abreast with the competitive world and make them competent. With the same prospect in mind, Mauli Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha started Sant Bhagwanbaba Kala Mahavidyalaya in 1997. The college started with a vision to propagate higher education in the rural folds of Buldana district, today stands as one of the best affiliated colleges with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. The college is situated in nature's ambiance in the historic town of Sindkhedraja, best known as Matrutirtha, birth place of Rajmata Jijau. Apart from excellence in academic achievements, our college also encourages other extra- curricular activities and skill based education, which are vital concerns in the New Education Policy 2021.

Presently college runs degree courses in Art discipline covering important subjects such as languages and social studies including Marathi & English; Political Science, Sociology, History and Home Economics. Along with the academic courses, the college also organises different courses, seminars and workshops round the year to keep students affront of the fast-paced world. I believe knowledge to be an elixir and it can transform otherwise simple personality into a competent and productive one. I extend all my students and staff a fruitful and promising academic year 2022-23.
